Head teacher & school director

A mother of two with several years' experience in training and education, Sarah founded Junior Academy in 2022 to offer every child a different, caring, bilingual education — one that lets them grow into their full potential at their own pace.

Audrey

Montessori teacher 3-6 & pedagogical coordinator

A Lyon-born mother of two teenagers, Audrey lived one year in the USA and three years in Japan. After twenty years in the Japanese car industry, she trained at Lyon's Institut Supérieur Maria Montessori. She takes deep daily pleasure in guiding nursery-age children in a truly international setting.

Originally from Mexico and living in France since 2019, Carolina has studied in several countries (Ecuador, Cuba, Mexico, France). Fascinated by how children learn and become bilingual, she shares her love of languages — English, French, Spanish — always at each child's pace.

Becoming a mother led Monika to explore Montessori and caring pedagogy, which nurture kindness, respect and independence. With an art and design background, she knows how essential creativity is to a child's development — and she brings that dimension into the classroom every day.
